Head of Marketing

Veylinx started as an academic project to find the most reliable method that predicts what people will buy. Not much longer after that, Veylinx became the first online experimental auction platform that minimizes the gap between supply and demand. Currently, Veylinx has grown into a fast-growing market research tech scale-up with a team of motivated colleagues in Amsterdam, New York and Marrakesh. Role description

As our first marketeer at Veylinx , you will be the driving force behind the development, planning and execution of all Veylinx marketing initiatives. The primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by increasing sales through successful (BtB) marketing for the entire organization. You ensure Veylinx’s message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives in the US and Europe. To do so you will build a team of professional marketers and manage external agencies when needed.We believe the way to go is with an account based marketing strategy. Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage marketing budget
  • Create and maintain an up to date marketing plan and campaign calendar in support of our go-to-market strategy and objectives.
  • Setting up a team structure that supports the brand and the business development side of marketing for 2022 ect.
  • Together with the Management Team, set the go to market strategy
  • Ensure our content marketing strategy generates leads for sales and positions Veylinx as a reliable partner for enterprise clients
  • Increase revenue generation by content strategy and organising relevant events
You might just be a fit, if you have keen interest in behavioral research and;
  • Proven experience as SaaS marketing lead or similar role at an international scale-up with a top 500 FMCG clients.
  • Demonstrable experience in Account Based Marketing. 
  • Experience in the Dutch and overall European market ( US is a pre)
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (lead generation, branding, product promotion, etc.)
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
  • Experience working with a complex technical product
  • Deep understanding of changing market dynamic
