Why Veylinx?

The driving force of human civilization is our ability to trade and work together on a large scale. This requires that people understand each other's wants and needs really well. The sooner you know what people really want and need, the sooner you can determine whether you can meet that want and need!

Behavioral science provides the tools and knowledge to understand what people actually value. Veylinx exists to use this field of knowledge to help our clients understand how to satisfy their customers' wants and needs.

From Academic Project to Market Research Tech Scale-up

Veylinx started as an academic project to find the most reliable method that predicts what people will buy. Common research methods rely on what people say, which has, time and time again, shown to be unreliable.

Anouar, one of the founders of Veylinx, became interested in research methods that ask people to vote with their wallet. He discovered that a small group of economists and psychologists have been using experimental auctions to generate realistic consumer insights. However, there was no easy and quick way to conduct these types of studies.

Not much longer after that, Veylinx became the first online experimental auction platform.

Working in the Insights function has been a dynamic and cross-disciplinary journey. Our work goes beyond research; it shapes fundamental innovation for the world’s best-loved brands. In this fast-paced landscape, adaptability is key, and I take pride in navigating myriad challenges to deliver actionable insights. Joining Veylinx means becoming part of a team that thrives on solving complex problems, fostering lateral thinking, and achieving tangible results in the ever-evolving landscape of consumer insights.

I cherish the global diversity among my colleagues, which creates an enriching work environment. Through my role as an Insights Manager, I apply data analysis skills to understand consumer behavior, collaborating with renowned CPG companies. It is a valuable experience to be at the core of the consumer product launch lifecycle.

Getting to know you

In the first meeting, we’ll learn about your expectations, preferences, and behavior in various situations to assess mutual compatibility with Veylinx. It's a conversation, so feel free to ask us questions.

Approx. 45 minutes.

Show us your skills

Depending on the role you are applying for, we will give you an assignment you can work on in your own time. The assignment can be a video recording of you presenting something, doing a pitch, crafting a process, or other tasks. The assignment must be sent to us for review unless you are asked to present something in person.

Approx. 30 minutes.

Meet your team lead

It’s essential that you get to know your team lead and for them to understand your past experiences and future expectations. Aim to get all your questions answered. While video calls work, we prefer to meet in person.

Meet your team

You will be frequently interacting with your team. So, meeting your (future) colleagues and understanding how your work impacts them and what they can expect from you is essential. Try to get to know them and understand your role in the team even better.
